We specialize in the manufacturing and trading of high-quality ammunition, encompassing small, medium, and large-caliber rounds, as well as 155mm Howitzer shells. Our commitment to excellence drives us to adhere to rigorous quality and safety standards in every product we deliver.
Beyond our core offerings, we engage in cutting-edge research focused on future energy solutions, including small modular reactors and hybrid solar-wind systems. Dev Bhatt Acharya is the Founder and Managing Director of Arya Group, a leading Group in the energy, defence & general aviation sector, focused on connected technology and innovation. He, in collaboration with various companies across manufacturing, services, and international trade, has engaged in joint ventures in ASEAN nations, CIS Nations, EU State & USA. He spearheads joint ventures with allied companies, global sourcing of defense manufacturers, and advancements in AI-based defense research, data science, cybersecurity, and IoT engineering.
With extensive international market experience, Mr. Dev has forged strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and multinational companies across diverse sectors. As the Managing Director of M7 LLC Holdings in Dubai, he has expanded into the domestic aviation industry, research and development of futuristic defense products, small modular reactors, and alternative energy sources.In partnership with various Indian Public Sector Units (PSUs), Mr. Dev has pioneered innovative approaches to government projects through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). By building trust with small and medium enterprises, Mr. Dev has created a broad network capable of executing orders swiftly and meeting Six Sigma quality standards. Leveraging his contacts with Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Dev has maintained a project success rate of 95% or higher.
Before founding ADMS, Dev served as Business Head of Feedback Italia in 2012. He also held senior leadership roles as Profit Center Head and Senior Vice President for various telecom companies, including Tata Teleservices and Reliance Communications. Dev played a pivotal role in the rollout of telecom networks for Indus Towers Limited, collaborating with global vendors like Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson, and Nokia Siemens Networks. His experience extends to top Fortune 500 companies both in India and internationally.
Rituraj is an accomplished finance professional with a robust 30-year career in financial management, business strategy, and investor relations. As a Chartered Accountant, he brings a wealth of expertise in fiscal management, corporate accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
Throughout his career, Rituraj has held leadership roles in various industries, where he has consistently driven profitability, facilitated complex transactions, and nurtured strong relationships with stakeholders. He is known for his strategic approach and sharp financial insight, allowing him to align financial goals with the corporate vision, enhance shareholder value, and support sustainable growth.

Having worked with industry leaders Reliance, Mahindra and Olam, Mr. Kundan Kumar has been integral to team leading for the development of Navi Mumbai SEZ ,Mahindra World City , Jaipur and Gabon SEZ shaping an accomplished hub of manufacturing and exports. His leadership and strategic foresight marked Glo-Djigbe Industrial Zone in Republic of Benin ( West Africa) as another milestone to attract $1.5 Billion of investment in transformation and manufacturing sector .
